Hi, I’m Raahul, a game programmer and Lecturer in Game Development at Liverpool John Moores University. I have over three years of experience in game development, working across Unreal Engine and Unity, with a focus on gameplay systems, tools, procedural generation, and game AI.
I hold an MSc in Computer Games Technology from Abertay University and a BE in Computer Science. Previously, I worked as a Research Assistant at Abertay, developing custom Unreal Engine 5 tools and plugins using C++, Slate, Python, and Blueprints. Before that, I worked at Hammerplay Studios, contributing to the development and release of several games.
My love for games started at four, when my sister introduced me to Pokémon Sapphire. These days, I split my time between teaching, building personal projects, and exploring new ideas through game development. You’ll find a selection of my games, prototypes, and experiments here.
